No. 19 is an 0-4-0 saddle tank locomotive, built by W.G. Bagnall. It was the final steam locomotive to work in the HM Devonport Dockyard. It is currently owned by the Cornish Steam Locomotive Preservation Society. No. 19 was taken out of service in 1996 so its wheels tyres could be replaced and returned to service in 1998.
No. 19 is preserved at the Bodmin and Wenford Railway. The loco is on hire to the Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway for the 2009 season.
